Box Elder County, located in northern Utah had a paved road that required significant repair. Box Elder County elected to do a Full Depth Reclamation for the road. Instead of using cement to treat the subbase, Box Elder County used Perma-Zyme. Using Perma-Zyme to treat the subbase made the construction quicker by being easy to mix into the soil and saving Box Elder County significant money. Box Elder County left the road as an unpaved surface for approximately four to six weeks before applying a top coat of Chip Seal.
